Why did you decide to apply and work with us?

I decided to apply to work in this company because I really get excited when things I love comes together. And for this job, illustrations. I knew right away that I will work everyday with joy.

Did the job meet or exceed your expectations (and in what way)?

This job exceeded my expectations. Aside from improving my drawing skills, I get to learn new things.

What are the most valuable things you’ve learned since you started?

The most valuable things I learned are about how to take care of my plants.

How did this job help you develop your skills?

Everyday drawing pets and people helped with my anatomy skills. I also developed working with vibrant colors that pop and catches audiences attention. These tasks trained my hand and eyes to compose images that are more visually appealing.

How would you describe the work environment? 

I love this team. I love how they care about each other and help out when needed. I love how they fill you with encouragement and guidance with tasks. I am very grateful to be a member of this team

What do you like best about this job? 

I like how they give me freedom with my art, my style and process. My illustrations are always appreciated and reviewed carefully.

What would you improve and why?

If I can suggest a thing, I hope future employees can have and orientation on their first day for an introduction with company’s regulations and culture.

Is there anything you miss and if so, what is it? 

Nothing I can think of in this moment.

Which is your favorite part of the work process?

Sharing of ideas within the team. They give you opportunity to create your own ideas and they help you in developing them to be more concrete.

What do you think are the most important abilities for this job? 

The most important abilities for this job is the flexibility with your drawing styles and be able to create ideas that both spark interest and help people understand the article more.

If you ever start getting bored, what new challenge would you be up for?

Since I am focused on developing my drawing skills, I would like to draw more environments and scenes with characters. I would also like to make animations and edit videos.
