4-Step Application Process
Awesome!
You saw our job post (and website).
You’re excited to work for us (and so are we).
In this post, you’ll discover our 4-step application process. So you know exactly what to expect. Let’s dive right in…
Step 1: Application form
If you apply to work with us, we require you to fill in an application form.
Based on your answers, we’ll decide if we’re the right fit.
After you filled in this form, there are 2 scenarios:
Scenario 1: We’re not the right fit
Scenario 2: We might be the right fit
If so, we’ll contact you in 3-5 business days through email.
If we think that we’re the right fit, we’ll move to:
Step 2: Test Task
Instead of an hour-long interview, we ask applicants to complete a test task.
During this step, we want to see if a freelancer can:
- Follow instructions.
- Work independently.
- Work with deadlines.
- Improve steadily based on feedback.
If we’re happy with the result, we’ll move to step 3.
If we’re not happy with the result, we’ll let you know through email.
Note: We’ll never publish or use your test task. It’s just a test to see if we’re the right fit.
Step 3: Test Month
After we approve your application, we move to a paid test month. During this month you’ll receive lots of feedback. Plus, we want to see if we’re the right fit long-term.
We’re looking for freelancers who are:
=> Self-motivated
=> Critical thinkers
=> Hungry for growth
=> Open to feedback
=> Good with deadlines
