9 Benefits Of Working At Young Publisher

Let’s be honest:

Working as a freelancer is hard.

Doubts and uncertainty are the norm instead of the exception.

  • “Do I get paid on time?”
  • “Do I get paid at all?”
  • “Is my client reliable?”
  • “Is my client happy with my work?”
  • “Why doesn’t my client appreciate my work?”
  • “Is this a long-term gig or will I get fired soon?”
  • “Did my client forget that I’m not a robot?”
  • And the list goes on…

We understand these struggles. We’ve worked with clients for years on end. So we know exactly what you’re going through.

As you’re about to discover…

At Young Publisher, we do things differently.

#1: Competitive salary

“At first, it was a simple job application with a marvelous posting – excellent benefits, precise requirements, and inviting tasks.”Angel

There are 2 phases to unlock your full salary and performance-based bonuses.

Phase 1: Test Month

After we approve your application, we move to a paid test month. During this month you’ll receive lots of feedback. Plus, we want to see if we’re the right fit long-term.

We’re looking for freelancers who are:

=> Self-motivated
=> Critical thinkers
=> Hungry for growth
=> Open to feedback
=> Good with deadlines

Phase 2: Long-Term Work Opportunity

After your test month, you’ll land a long-term work opportunity and unlock your full salary and performance-based bonuses.

“When do I move to Phase 2?”

This depends on how fast you manage to improve based on the feedback you get.

Some freelancers make it in 1-2 weeks. While other freelancers need 1 month.

#2: Get paid on the 16th and 1st day of the month

As mentioned before: We have been working as freelancers. We experienced how frustrating it is to not get paid on time (or not get paid at all!).

These money worries can make or break a work relationship.

So while setting up Young Publisher, we knew that we had to create a “Get paid on time. Every time.” policy.

#3: Improving your skills

“I’ve learned that short snappy intros are very important to get the attention of readers from the start. And also, to explain things in the simplest way possible for it to be more memorable and help readers understand what you’re trying to say.”Czarinah

Our team has generated multiple 8-figures through online marketing. This literally puts us in the 1% range of the direct response advertisers.

As you can imagine, you can learn a lot from being part of our team (we weren’t kidding, when we said: become a top 1% freelancer).

You’ll receive personal feedback from top players.

Our employees all love the fact that they can earn while they learn (see reviews).

Long story short:

This is not just a job. This is a growth opportunity!

#4: Become more productive

What do all the top 1% freelancers have in common? They all practice a concept called “deep work”. Meaning, you only focus on work for an extended period of time. No distractions.

We really believe in this concept. And experienced first handedly how powerful it can be.

That’s why we try to minimize distractions throughout the workday (like instant messaging, etc.).

At the end of the workday, each employee sends a Daily Report with all the questions that popped up throughout the day. We answer them prior to the next workday.

This workflow has multiple benefits:

Benefit #1: Batching questions will help you to become a better communicator.

Benefit #2: If you have any problems and try to solve them as best as you can, you’ll develop a problem-solving attitude. You won’t depend on someone else and wait until they’re available to give you instructions. This is what many companies are looking for.

Benefit #3: A few hours of focused work are better than a whole workday spent on doing things in-between your work. Be it chatting on social media apps or constantly communicating with colleagues. If you avoid distractions, you’ll be able to do quality over quantity. This skill will also stay with you, no matter who you work for.

#5: Getting more confident and independent

It’s nice to have someone who’s holding you by the hand from the beginning. However, it’s even nicer if, at some point, you’re able to rely fully or mostly on yourself.

Then you become more confident and eager to deal with challenges. Not to mention the satisfaction you get after completing them.

Our goal is to help you become more efficient, confident, and independent. This is a win-win situation.

#6: Receiving kind attitude

“I never thought I’d be this satisfied in my current job. Although my previous roles were almost the same, the only difference is how my employers treated their employees. On top of the competitive salary and the room for growth, I was really amazed at how hands-on, patient, approachable, and understanding you are. 🙂.” Angelica

We believe kindness goes a long way.

That’s why we highly appreciate it when you’re kind to us. And we respond with that in return.

We’re not perfect (what a surprise, right?). We’re aware that the key to success is constant improvement. That’s why we’re open to your honest feedback and suggestions.

Mistakes do happen – both from the side of employers and employees. As long as the kind tone of voice is there, we’ll listen. We’ll help.

#7: Possibility to manage your own team

We’d love to put talent in the right places. That’s why when we recognize it and it’s paired with a stellar work ethic, we reward it.

How?

By delegating important tasks to the right people (like team managers) and paying them accordingly.

#8: Being part of a young, supportive team

“It’s really great! Not only isn’t toxic, but the work environment also allows me to grow and improve my mistakes. I really appreciate how Young Publisher would record videos about this and that.”Angelica

Working remotely can get lonely.

Even though we want focused work, we do value communication. And learning about each other.

Also, it’s important that you have a helping hand in times of struggle. To know that you’re not alone. And to get advice from people who’ve walked the road you’re on.

Our team consists of young, motivated people who strive to improve day by day. And who also thrive by helping others.

We’re all in this together. So feel free to express any concerns or issues you have. And we’ll try to help you in the best possible way.

#9: Last but not least: We don’t treat you like robots 🙂

Okay, we’re people. We have good and bad days, get sick. An emergency might pop up.

Life happens.

If you miss a day or a few, we ask you to let us know. Either beforehand or at the moment of the event.

This is necessary because if you don’t and go missing all of a sudden, it’s worrying. So, just shoot us a message with a few lines of what’s going on so we know what to expect.

Also, if you miss a few days, you have two options:

  1. Make up for these during the weekend.
  2. Not make up for them and just resume working when you’re available again.

Note #1: Bear in mind that for your success and steady improvement, it’s best to work consistently without big intervals between your workdays. This is to build momentum.

Note #2: For the sake of maintaining work quality and work-life balance, you’re not allowed to work more than 7.5 hours a day. So if you miss some days or hours, you may work on the weekends instead of overworking a few days in a row.
