Customer Support VA [50,000 PHP per month]
Work Hours: Full-time, 7.5 hours/day | Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5:00 PM (Filipino Time)

Using our simple automation tools, you’ll help streamline our support process while maintaining a personal touch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1: Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Provide timely and helpful solutions
- Use our automation tool to enhance efficiency
2: Customer Success
- Gather and organize customer testimonials
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and address common customer concerns
3: Support Enhancement
- Help optimize our customer support processes
- Track and document customer interactions
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong English communication skills (C1+ level)
- Natural problem-solver who thinks outside the box
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Eager to learn and improve processes
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Reliable team player who meets deadlines
