Why did you decide to apply and work with us?

I saw that you need a new writer for a fox website. And I immediately thought that this would be a perfect job for me since those 2 things (writing and foxes) have special places in my heart.

Did the job meet or exceed your expectations (and in what way)?

Yes, a lot! Aside from the good salary, I also met good employers who have guided and given me important feedback to improve my writing.

What are the most valuable things you’ve learned since you started?

I’ve learned that short snappy intros are very important to get the attention of readers from the start. And also, to explain things in the simplest way possible for it to be more memorable and help readers understand what you’re trying to say

How did this job help you develop your skills?

This job helped me do research more efficiently, organize gathered data (and my thoughts) as fast as I can, and write in a conversational tone.

How would you describe the work environment? 

It’s fun, light, and peaceful – which is very different from my previous work environment.

What do you like best about this job? 

Every day, I’m learning a lot of things about foxes which make me understand my animals even better. And also the fact that I can help many fellow fox lovers/parents out there. 🙂

What would you improve and why?

I’d like to improve more on crafting informative yet entertaining articles for the readers.

Is there anything you miss and if so, what is it? 

There’s nothing I’m missing right now when it comes to my job.

Which is your favorite part of the work process?

I always look forward to doing research for every article. As well as self-editing.

What do you think are the most important abilities for this job? 

I think being detail-oriented and having the ability to write fun but info-loaded articles.

If you ever start getting bored, what new challenge would you be up for?

I’d like to take on a challenge and try writing some articles about a different subject.
