#1: Do you have a contract or a NDA?

We don’t do contracts or NDA signing.

But we’d like to keep working with you as long as possible. Hiring and releasing people is time-consuming and tiring for both sides.

This is why we’ve made it our mission to find the right fit so we can thrive together.

So rest assured that we have your best interest at heart.

#3: What if I can’t work due to an emergency?

We’re humans.

Things happen.

Be it a medical issue, Internet connectivity problems, or an important emergency.

We get it. 

Just keep in mind the following:

  1. Let us know in a timely manner (before or at the beginning of your shift latest).
  2. This mustn’t happen often (maximum 3 days a month).
  3. You don’t have to make up for the missed days if you work on all the other days. 

Also, if you miss a few days, you have two options:

  1. Make up for these during the weekend (working overtime – more than 7.5 hours a day isn’t an option). 
  2. Not make up for them and just resume working when you’re available again.

Note: Bear in mind that for your success and steady improvement, it’s best to work consistently without big intervals between your workdays. This is to build momentum.

#4: What if I want to get a free day (i.e. to go on a holiday)?

  • The first month: Free days aren’t allowed because it’s your training period. And we want to onboard you smoothly.

Note: You must let us know at least one week in advance. We need to ensure your absence won’t affect the coverage.

#7: Why do you use a time tracker (Hubstaff)?

Note 1: We’re using Hubstaff – one of the best time-trackers on the Internet. 

We require you to use so we can help you better. We can address sticking points faster. So that you become more self-efficient and better at your job.

Note 2: We require you to download the Desktop app. The app takes screenshots and records your activity level, among other things. This is a non-negotiable requirement. So if you’re not okay with it, please don’t apply.
