This depends per job position and on the results you provide.

There are 2 phases to unlock your full salary and performance-based bonuses.

Phase 1: Test Month

After we approve your application, we move to a paid test month. During this month you’ll receive lots of feedback. Plus, we want to see if we’re the right fit long-term.

We’re looking for freelancers who are:

Phase 2: Long-Term Work Opportunity

After your test month, you’ll land a long-term work opportunity and unlock your full salary and performance-based bonuses.

“When do I move to Phase 2?”

This depends on how fast you manage to improve based on the feedback you get. 

Some freelancers make it in 1-2 weeks. While other freelancers need 1 month.

From experience, freelancers who manage to grasp the concepts faster and get promoted:

• Are observant.
• Ask questions after thoroughly reading the provided documents/instructions.
• Take note of given feedback so we don’t have to repeat ourselves.
• Try to solve problems they encounter by themselves and then turn to us for advice.
• Create systems so they can do things fast and efficiently.
